Man charged with harboring juvenile runaway

EVERLY, Iowa — A Worthington man arrested Monday in Iowa has been charged with harboring a juvenile runaway against the wishes of a parent.

Jared Kinley,  24, was arrested and charged with an aggravated misdemeanor after Clay County authorities located who was believed to be a juvenile runaway in Kinley’s vehicle just after 5 p.m. Monday near Everly, Iowa.   

Kinley was released Tuesday after posting a $900 surety bond.
